Terms and Conditions

1. General

Welcome to Flame Brand SA. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Orders

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
  
• Custom and personalised orders will only enter production once artwork has been approved (where applicable) and payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
• Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
  

3. Pricing

• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
  
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  
• Quotations remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  

4. Payment

• Full payment is required before any order is manufactured or shipped, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
  
• Standard (non-custom) orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
  
• Custom and personalised orders will only enter production once full payment has been received and all artwork has been approved by the customer.
  
• Flame Brand SA reserves the right to withhold production or shipment until payment has been received and cleared.

5. Artwork & Branding

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all logos, text and artwork submitted are correct and that they have permission to use any copyrighted material. Flame Brand SA is not liable for spelling errors or incorrect artwork approved by the customer.

6. Production & Shipping

Standard Orders

Standard box orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–10 working days after full payment has been received.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom and personalised products are manufactured only after full payment has been received and any required artwork has been approved. Production lead times will vary depending on the size of the order, the level of customisation, and the complexity of the project. An estimated production timeframe will be provided when your order is confirmed.

Once your order has been completed, delivery times will depend on your selected courier service and destination. While we aim to meet all estimated delivery dates, Flame Brand SA cannot be held responsible for courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Product Information

Our firelighters are intended solely for lighting fires. They should be kept away from children, stored in a cool, dry place and used according to the safety instructions provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

Flame Brand SA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
