Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. Flame Brand SA cannot be held responsible for delays or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and products so we can investigate and assist.
